Mr Bora at reception was especially courteous and helped sort out our airline issues, which let us enjoy the stay. The welcome and service were excellent from the start, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well organized. We had a wonderful time here.

Breakfast was fresh and had lots of different choices. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful, and staying here for a few days was a pleasure. Everything was amazing, and I'll definitely come back.

The toilet was gross, there was water all over the bathroom, and the shower knobs came off when I tried to shower. I also found a coffee-stained napkin on the dresser when I entered. I asked the front desk to clean while I went to dinner, but it never happened. I was only there overnight with my tour company and left early in the morning. They clearly don't care how the place looks.

I visit Izmir regularly from India for work, and everything else has been great: the location, food, cleanliness, and staff service. I stayed in room no 1208 for 2 nights from 6 th to 8th December 2025. My only complaint is the shower pressure, which is barely there. After a long journey, a good shower feels like medicine and helps with the body fatigue. Hope you can improve it. See you soon ❤️
