Tinaztepe Rezidans Otel

We had booked three nights, but after checking in we found insects in the room, which felt like a serious health risk. I asked to cancel and get a refund, but management refused. I had to leave after just one night. On top of that, a hotel official verbally pressured me and even threatened me with a knife.

We came after reading the positive reviews, but the place was nothing like we'd expected, and it seemed like a completely different hotel. It's dirty and expensive for this standard. I chose it to give it a try and regret the decision.

They gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. The closets, shower cubicle, and everything else were filthy. We told them, but their response was like a joke. We regretted choosing this place. Don't go if you want to avoid this kind of terrible situation.

The reception staff and owner were so warm and friendly that we never felt like strangers, and they were very helpful. We stayed two nights, and the rooms were very clean and hygienic. It's a family-run business. Thank you so much for everything. You can come without hesitation, and this should be your first choice. Wishing you continued success! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️❤️
