Ozgur Hotel

I had to stay for 15 days because my company sent me, and I tried to overlook everything. But after I left my original iPhone charger behind, I begged for nearly a month to have it sent to my city. Nobody cared. It passed from hand to hand and eventually went missing. The rooms were filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. Cleaning only happened after you asked, and then they took 3 days to do it. The sheets and pillows smelled awful, the bathrooms were falling apart, and the place was full of insects. There’s a Turkish bath downstairs, but I felt you could catch all sorts of diseases there. I had to hold back from vomiting. Music blared until 3 a.m. every night, with no sound insulation. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the tiny heater they gave me didn’t work either. This place is a cesspool.

The one good thing was the tea. The breakfast was awful, and the room was so unbearable that we only used it to sleep. Two of us stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and the room was very dirty, with no sign anyone had tried to clean it. The soap dispenser in the toilet was covered in moss. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but the Turkish bath was awful. There was no hot water or water at all, the steam room was broken, and hygiene was terrible. If I could give zero points, I would. Don’t go there.

Everything was easy to reach from this excellent location. We stayed as a family and were very pleased with the service. The staff were friendly, and it really felt like a family hotel.
