İznik Taş Mahal

A peaceful, relaxing place surrounded by nature and olive orchards, near Iznik Lake. The views are great, and the place was clean. We came off-season, so it was too cold for us to enjoy the pool. The hobbit house is spacious, has everything you need, and the theme and decor are awesome. I’d highly recommend staying here with friends or family.

A beautiful setting for a stay, especially for large families wanting to be close to nature. The garden views are stunning and so peaceful. Absolutely amazing place.

We spent the weekend in Waterfall (4). The pool stayed warm all day and was a good size, and Mr. Kıvanç from the facility staff was very helpful, so thank you to him. The house was generally clean, with towels and kitchenware clean enough, and the supplies you need were there except for food. Downstairs, the living room and one bedroom stayed comfortably warm, but the upstairs bedrooms were quite cool. There are a few things that need fixing. None of the interior doors, including the entrance, stay shut unless locked, so the locks need checking. The mosquito screen on the most-used door from the living room to the garden and pool is broken and unusable. Water also leaked into the living room above the mirror when someone showered in the upstairs room. During the night, rain came in through the entrance door in a substantial amount, and we had to block it with towels. If those issues are sorted, we’d happily choose it again.
