The owner was kind and helpful, and they dealt with what we needed straight away. I was happy with the service, and my friend didn't mention any cleanliness problems either, which I think says enough 😂. I expected the place might be cold, but we were roasting upstairs. There's a heater, stove, and radiators between the beds, so it was more than enough for me. Wish we'd brought shorts 😂 This was my first visit. Winter and highland tourism are only just starting to grow in Ordu, and businesses like this are new here. I read some reviews, and disagreements are natural. There are surely things they can improve, but I think guests should show the same tolerance they expect from the business. Paying doesn't mean we need to overdo it. We decided to give it a chance and were satisfied.

They kept us waiting for firewood for the fireplace, and we had to remind them repeatedly. They blamed the wind and never brought any. The ski lift wasn't running the next day, again apparently because it was windy. We're experienced skiers and know what conditions are suitable, so we were shocked. You go there to ski and end up unable to. They don't say they lack enough staff to run the lift, there's always some excuse. With this attitude, they won't make the business work. We won't return.

We paid 8000 TL on Saturday for a room for three. Despite the -5 degrees Celsius temperature and strong wind outside, there was a firecracker burning inside, and the room was still cold when we arrived even though we'd specifically asked for warmth. They said one sack of firewood was included for the night, with another available for 400 TL. We called the owner to say one sack wouldn't be enough in that cold and charging 400 TL more was unethical. They said it was normal by their ethical standards. The video clearly shows wind blowing into the room with the curtains shut. How is it fair to charge extra for firewood in those conditions? I'll leave that to the company representative's conscience. We asked for tea cups and were told to bring our own. They eventually brought paper cups, then charged 100 TL for ten of them in the morning. For 8000 TL, there were no services to justify the price, especially when Çambaşı Hotel and Wyndham Hotel are the same price and only 3 minutes away. The view is nice, of course, if that's what you're after. Apart from that, we saw nothing special.
