Kent Room Hotel

The staff made the biggest impression on me. They were supportive, quick to respond, and English wasn't a problem. We were there on a recent business trip, and the hotel felt brand new, with clean rooms and nice decor. There's a busy road nearby, though it gets quiet at night. The hotel restaurant was really nice for dinner, and the cafe downstairs was a good spot to meet and work.

We just left, and from the first service to the last, everything was excellent. The room was clean and had extra equipment, and the staff were great in both their service and the way they spoke to us. Breakfast was generous and clean as well. This is the place we'll confidently choose whenever we come here.

The room was a little small, but it was comfortable and hygienic, and the bed was very comfortable. Since the hotel is newly built, everything was spotless, and the materials, especially in the bed, bathroom and toilet, felt high quality. The pillows were a bit too bulky for me, but that's personal preference. The bathroom details went beyond what I expected: a shower set, toiletries, a sewing kit, and a portable toothbrush and toothpaste set, which is handy when traveling. The open buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted great. The TV and kettle worked without a problem, and the room's heating and cooling worked fast and well. You could adjust the temperature quickly by opening the windows and using the AC. I can definitely recommend it for the cleanliness, quality materials, thoughtful bathroom items and good breakfast.
