The dining view was breathtaking, and the staff were very cooperative. The food was amazing, especially Chef Mahmood’s excellent cooking. ❤️

We stopped in Karaman for a day on our way to Antalya for vacation and chose the Grand Hotel. It turned out to be a lovely surprise. Mr. Fuat at reception was kind and gave us great advice. The hotel looked clean and very nice as soon as we walked in, and our room was spotless and well appointed. The pool and its services were remarkable. Thanks for a great stay, and well done to Mr. Fuat for his professionalism. Kind regards.

The restaurant team got in touch with me personally and promised to look after future guests. The team gave satisfying service overall. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with friendly staff, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

During my long stay, I never had an issue and was always treated with the utmost respect. The staff's care and service were the best I've experienced, and they really make you feel at home. Their kindness makes Karaman feel like a better place. I'd recommend it, five stars.

The location is handy, right at the entrance to the city on the Karaman-Konya motorway. Inside, the rooms are spacious, the beds are good, the shower is excellent, and the Turkish breakfast buffet is tasty.
