Diamond Elite Hotel & Spa Center

It was a lovely place to stay, in a small, stylish hotel with, I think, up to six rooms. The staff respected our privacy and really wanted every guest to feel at home. The area is peaceful, not too noisy or crowded, which is a real plus in a city this size. There’s a shopping center called Forum nearby; for other parts of the city you’ll need to take a train, taxi, or car, but they aren’t too far. 9/10.

Ishak made a big difference to our stay. He was warm, attentive, and accommodating, helped with requests, anticipated what we might need, and shared local tips. He arranged transportation and suggested good local places to eat, making us feel like valued guests. The whole team was just as welcoming, and we felt like part of a big family. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with thoughtful amenities, and my room was comfortable and beautifully designed. The common areas felt inviting, and the views were picturesque. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s commitment to service was clear. We had a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations, and I can’t thank Ishak and the team enough. I highly recommend Diamond elite for a personal, memorable experience, and can’t wait to come back.

We stayed as a couple for a few days and were impressed by how convenient the location was, just 10 minutes from Forum Bornova. Our room and the lobby were clean and cozy. We also tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast and lunch, and everything tasted great. Isa was especially helpful in sorting out any issues, and the service was friendly and high quality. We’ll definitely return if we need a hotel in Izmir.

The room was very cold, especially the bathrooms.
