Club Adas Hotel

The staff made us feel like family, and everyone who came from out of town for the wedding was comfortable there. We could come and go, eat, and drink as freely as we would at home. The hotel is in a lovely spot and is run by kind, wonderful people. My family and I stayed from April 4th to April 6th for my youngest son's wedding in Kavaklıdere, and we've never felt so at ease in a hotel. Mr. Mustafa, the staff, and management helped make us proud of how happy our guests were. The service was friendly, kind, high-quality, and clean. I'll choose this hotel whenever I'm in the area, and recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of welcome.

The setting is lovely, tucked into the forest, and the hotel has a nice pool and room for 40 rooms. Still, I wouldn't recommend it. With so much money spent on the place, the management was disappointing. My wife and I needed one night on December 28, 2025, after driving 16 hours all the way to Milas. We spotted King Royal Palace Salkım Hotel while getting gas and called to ask about availability. The woman said payment had to be made over the phone and that the reception didn't offer that service. We paid, then waited an hour for the room to be prepared. When we arrived, the lights were off, and the woman at reception turned them on and welcomed us, but didn't seem to know we were coming. It was -5 degrees, and we assumed the room would be warm. Instead, she first said we hadn't paid, then messaged someone on WhatsApp. We stood there for 15 minutes while they sorted out their disagreement. We asked if there was a kitchen and whether they could make dinner. We said we didn't cook and asked where we could eat, so they took us to a nearby kebab place. In our first room the air conditioning didn't work, so they moved us. We wanted a shower after the long drive, but there was no water heater. We changed rooms again to a double, where the towels and duvet covers were full of male hair. We cursed it. The room took a while to warm up, and it was cold outside until morning. We went down for breakfast around 8:45 AM on December 29, 2025. The dining room was big but freezing, and although the air conditioning was on, it blew cold air. My wife asked if it wasn't supposed to blow hot, and the man said it takes a while to heat up. With people staying there, why not turn it on at 7 AM so we could eat somewhere warm? There were a few other rooms occupied besides ours, so what kind of savings are they making? Don't expect a buffet. Breakfast was a plate with an omelet, two slices of cheese, 7-8 olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, packaged butter, labneh, strawberry jam, and honey. I was full, but it wasn't enough for a man. While we were there, a man told the male employee to fix his air conditioning because he'd been freezing all night. He was probably a salesperson, I think he was at least...

The stay was short, but we enjoyed it. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We were really pleased.

The staff's professional, friendly, high-quality service made the peaceful setting even more relaxing. King Royal Palace Salkım felt like a real escape from the busy city, with a breathtaking view and a chance to be close to nature. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to clear their head and get excellent service.
