Would I stay here again? No, sorry lads. Xoxo The good parts first: the lift is quick and has a nice mirror, and the pool looks stunning, although the buildings around it mean it doesn’t get much sun. Local shops are no more than a five-minute walk, and town is a five-minute drive, about 5 euros or an Uber. Some of the staff were lovely, and none were bad. The spa was cheap, though cheaper in town, and the sauna and Turkish bath were nice. My massage was 5 stars. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when asked, though not many spoke English. The young guys working the bar and floor with curly hair were very nice, Russell was outstanding, and the tall, slim guy who rode a bike was very nice too. The food was a real problem. Nothing was labelled, so it was hard to tell what I’d like or whether anything contained an allergen. There were no chips the whole time, and everything seemed cold, like it had been cooked in the cigarettes they smoked. The “fresh fruit” tasted frozen. There was no butter with the bread at lunch or dinner, and when I asked, I was told it was a “breakfast item.” The menu behind reception was massively overpriced, definitely with a 50% tourist tax, and again the food came cold and full of pickles, which seemed to be in everything. The room was shocking. Our door was broken and hard to open, and the bath was moldy and dirty. The room was dusty, with a tiny balcony that only fit one chair. We had three single beds, barely any room for suitcases, and getting dressed was a challenge. The bath leaked every time we showered, soaking the floor. The bar hardly felt like a bar. There were a few dusty, dirty glasses on display, just one beer on tap, and the cola was flat. Most of the glasses we were served were dirty. I bet you wouldn’t find it on your own, it’s so unlike a bar. All inclusive meant one beer, cola, lemonade, red and white wine, and watery juice, with about half the drinks not working. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were each served for just one hour. There was no vitamin bar, club or shop like advertised. And to anyone coming here, learn Russian! You’ll need it. Xoxo

We really liked the delicious food and the spacious, very nice room we were given. Many thanks to the receptionist for that. The beach was clean, with free loungers and umbrellas, and the shuttle took us there. We stayed at Grand Nar Hotel in Kemer in September 2025 and had a wonderful time. The price suited us too. A special thank you to Ferdinand, Ibrahim Umid, and the whole team at Rainbow Spa Center. It’s one of the best spas in Kemer, and the staff are true professionals. The rooms aren’t exactly new, but otherwise we had a great stay. 😊😊👍👍👍👍

Getting to the beach was a major hassle. It’s a 22-minute walk to the wild beach, while the hotel’s beach is 50 minutes away on foot. The transfer is the only real help, but it runs just twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon. The beach wasn’t clean, and the road there was covered in trash. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Our first room was the worst I’ve ever seen: dirty floors, a broken door lock, and a room and bathroom that needed repairs. After I complained that this wasn’t how guests should be treated, they moved us. The replacement was a little bigger and at least had a working lock, but it was still dirty, with very old furniture and an air conditioner that was loud. The carpet in the hall was disgustingly dirty too. The woman at reception at least smiled. The young man never smiled and wasn’t pleasant.

I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place. The staff were friendly enough despite having to manage such a poor offering, and there were too many guests for the pool, loungers and restaurant. The beach is about 2 km away and quite shabby. The hotel was dirty and run down, and it didn’t feel all inclusive. The food was poor, and I wasn’t sure it was hygienic. It doesn’t cater to English guests. Germans, and especially Russian guests, must be used to an offering this poor.

The whole stay felt relaxing and well organized, and I’d happily book again. I had the all-inclusive package at the Great Nar Hotel, where the staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and there was plenty of tasty food to choose from. Definitely recommended!
