Istanbul Beach Hotel

We came for our honeymoon, and the people here made it a trip we’ll always remember. Hamza at reception was so kind and helpful the whole time, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. Şehzade, the manager, was warm, welcoming, and professional, and Serhat from the bar brightened our days with his jokes and attention to detail. He also went out of his way to make my birthday special. Sabır, the entertainment rep, brought loads of energy and made us laugh every day. We looked forward to his activities, from darts and yoga to belly dancing, and the daytime and evening entertainment added so much to the atmosphere. The hotel itself was spotless, with thoughtful touches and a team that clearly cared about our stay. Food was consistently delicious, with plenty of choice and themed evenings. The beach was stunning and just a two-minute walk away. The pool area was always clean, and the waterslides brought some fun to the day. We couldn’t fault the service. We’re already hoping to return every year. We’ve never had hospitality this genuine, and we’re grateful to the whole team for making our honeymoon so special.

We spent six nights here and had a great time. The beach was clean, the location was good, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. I’d have given five stars, but at checkout they cut off our bracelets and clearly told us we could no longer use the hotel services, even though we had a one-year-old and our airport pickup was later. It was our fourth trip to Turkey, and this had never happened to us before, so I can’t give more than three stars.

Everything was more or less okay, but the hotel seems to present itself as a higher class than it is. The internet was bad and the rooms were just average. They also wouldn’t give us two double shots, although four shots were fine, which made no sense to me. Those issues made the stay unnecessarily difficult, so I don’t think it deserves five stars.

The staff were very polite and friendly, and we’re grateful for their hospitality. Special thanks to Shaxzoda and Hamza, who were always ready to help with anything. We stayed with our family in early June and really liked the hotel. The rooms were consistently clean, had air conditioning, and had been newly renovated. There was a good selection of food for adults and kids. The location was good too, with a large pool and the sea very close by.
