Kemer Pansiyon

I booked three nights and stayed five. Ilker and Huseyin were so kind and friendly, really warm-hearted people. The hostel is in a quiet spot away from noisy tourists, yet close to Kemer centre, with bars and restaurants nearby. Guests can use the kitchen, and breakfast is filling and great. Tea is available all the time. I was in a basic dorm, but the beds were comfortable enough and the lockers were big enough to secure my things. The showers could use some fixing, though overall the stay was good. Thank you for everything :)

This is a pension/hostel, not a hotel, and the rooms range from shared bunk rooms to private rooms with a balcony, TV and bathroom. They do include a free breakfast. I gave the Pansiyon five stars mainly because of Ilker at reception. He's cheerful and makes guests feel welcome, and he's very helpful. He helped us with Turkish, gave shopping tips so we could avoid being misled, called about tour pick-ups and suggested places to eat. He handled all kinds of concierge help with a smile and seemed eager to please, likely from his previous five-star job. I found him trustworthy and felt he'd look out for you.

It's a very basic pansiyon, but the staff are incredibly helpful and it's great value for money. Breakfast was good. Showers are awkward, with low water pressure and not much hot water.

There was hair and trash all over the bathroom, and the spoons for coffee and tea were dirty. We had to ask before they brought any tissues. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Stay away if you can!
