The rooms are spacious, the bedsheets were clean, and the dishes in the flat were fine. It's a five-minute walk to the sea, with bike sharing nearby, and the place is fairly quiet. You can hear music from the neighboring hotel in the evening, but it's not too loud. The building is by the main highway. Service was poor. The floors were dirty, as were the balconies, and the shower had a strong mold smell. Some things were patched with tape. Internet was okay for messaging, but I'd want another option for video calls or other online use. Supermarkets are a 20-minute walk away, and getting things like mops or towels was a bit of a problem. The top floor gets really hot during the day.

There's a private beach across the road that you can use, and plenty of shops within about a 15-minute walk. The center of kemer is also roughly a 15-minute walk away. I expected a bit more, but it was still nice. It feels like a family complex, and lots of Russians stay there.

The pools are spotless and well kept, and the beach is close by. Such a great place for a holiday with kids.

The location is simply perfect, and the complex is spotless. There's a pool, and an arrangement with the Uğur Hotel across the way lets you use its beach for free. Our house was missing some kitchenware. The main difficulty was finding someone to talk to about renting it for the summer. There seems to be a management team, but I couldn't find an authorized person to handle the rental.

The house I stayed in was tidy and generally clean, with fairly new furniture. Hot water comes from boilers, so there was plenty even without sunshine. The shared facilities include a very large pool, a paddling pool for children, a sauna and a small gym. It's a nice place, though right out on the edge of the city. Kemer's prettiest beach is only a five-minute walk away, and it's uncrowded, with fine pebbles that aren't too sharp.
