We were quoted a different price from the one we booked, and the rooms were in very poor shape, with bad upkeep and ventilation and air conditioning that didn’t work. There was no customer service either. Definitely don’t go. This is the first time I’ve written such a bad review for a business, but every word is deserved.

From what I’ve read, it seems people may be treating the old man unfairly. I’ll leave this here, God willing: I’m planning to come stay with my family this summer, and then we’ll meet, God willing.

The state of the room made us want to leave as soon as we could. The beds were old and uncomfortable, the bathroom stank, and the balcony was filthy and unusable. It was dirty everywhere, and the price didn’t match the service at all. Every negative thing you could mention was there. About the hotel owner’s reply: please respect a customer’s review, sir. Before we arrived, you quoted 1900 TL. At the hotel, you asked whether we wanted a balcony room or one facing the road, and we chose the balcony. We never heard you say that it would cost 2000 TL. I also didn’t hear you tell the young man who first gave us the room that you had paid him 1900 TL. Then the next day, as we were leaving, you demanded the money back for no sensible reason, and I gave you your 100 TL. Was I really going to argue with you over 100 TL? Money doesn’t matter to me as much as it does to you. Anyone who stays there can see the place isn’t clean. My review is about the hotel’s quality, not the money.

We booked online for a 2 PM check-in, but on arrival we were told check-in was at 3 PM. They wouldn’t refund us, so we had to sit and wait an hour. The room and bed were old, there was no shampoo in the bathroom so we had to bring our own, and the only slippers were an old pair for one person.
