I stayed here in 2003 and had my best holiday at this hotel. I’m glad it still exists, but does it actually operate? From the pictures, it looks in very bad condition, which makes me sad. Can someone tell me if it’s open? Thanks.

Three of my dresses were missing from my suitcase when I got home. Be careful, there’s theft at THIS hotel 😔 There’s hostility toward expats.
Our spontaneous Kusadasi trip in July ended with a four-night stay here, after searching for a hotel from 8:30 to 11:30 pm in heat close to 40 degrees, with our seven-year-old son along. The owners looked after us personally and were welcoming, humble people. For the price, it was a strong value compared with nearby hotels that claim to have stars. The facilities were good enough, too. We booked room and breakfast, with dinner as an option. For a small extra charge, the owners’ delicious home cooking made it easy to take half board. Even the meat came from their own livestock farm. I had one of the best grilled meatballs I’ve ever eaten there, so there was no reason to look for a restaurant or fast food. The rooms were spotless and small, but had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was a TV and hot water around the clock. The hotel is in the Kadınlar Denizi/Plaji area, about 80-100 metres from the shore, so walking to the beach takes no more than three minutes. I learned it had been operating for about four years, making it quite new compared with the similar places nearby. We left happy, with good memories, and wouldn’t look for another place on our next Kuşadası trip. Go see it.
The location is ideal, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The shower, though, was a real problem: there was hot water, but barely any of it, making it very hard to shower, and there’s no shower cabin. For the price, the stay is good value. The air conditioning and TV worked without trouble, and breakfast was quite adequate, even good.
The rooms are lovely and the staff are friendly, with the beach just 50 metres away. It’s easy to stay here with family, and the outside is spotless. The one thing missing is a mini-fridge in the room.
