The location is perfect, though the rooms are small.

I’ve never had this happen at any of the hotels I stay in while traveling for work, even though I change cities and hotels around 20 days a month, sometimes for just a day or two. They may accuse you of lying and claim you fixed a clogged drain. Looking at other reviews, this doesn't seem like a reputable hotel, and they’re very likely to blame you for problems that weren't your fault.

It was very cold, and there were bedbugs in the rooms. They told us there had been renovation work, but after I was bitten, we found out they had actually done pest control. It hadn't been enough, the bugs were still there, and I ended up with bites all over my body and in the hospital. I filed a complaint, and I believe the place needs inspection. I don't recommend it to anyone. Do your research before going, or you could end up in hospital like I did.

The terrace buffet breakfast was really nice, and the staff were very helpful. Good value for the money.

I was disappointed by how dismissive the staff were today when I asked about the price, basically a take-it-or-leave-it response. The care and attention I got 15 days ago were completely missing.
