There were no clean rooms, towels, or sheets. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the sink had no water.

We’d booked with the hotel staff and gave them our arrival time, the number of people, and our phone number. We arrived on time, only to be told our room had been given to someone else. The staff offered a smirking apology and left us trying to find a hotel at 1:00am. No hospitality or professionalism at all!

The hotel itself was okay, but the bathroom was a whole different story. There was no hot water, and the shower didn’t work. A pretty bad experience, if you ask me.
