The staff made the stay feel warm and personal. Everyone I dealt with, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, was attentive and courteous. The beach was another highlight, with golden, fine sand that made it lovely to relax or swim. At Castival Hotel, the meals were a real treat. The buffet had plenty of choice and felt carefully put together, with flavors that mixed tradition and creativity. From the moment I arrived in the grand lobby, the place felt elegant and welcoming. Castival Hotel was a comfortable, refined retreat on the sunny shores of Antalya, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable holiday.

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed the tasty food and good range of choices. The hotel was clean and well organized, with professional, friendly staff. If we come to Antalya again, we'd definitely stay here.

I came away thinking this was the best all-inclusive resort I've visited in Turkey, even though I usually pay more. The value for money is excellent. I saw negative reviews and was horrified, but it was too late to cancel, so I gathered my courage and came. Check-in was a relief: the reception team welcomed me warmly and were very helpful. We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool, which I wholeheartedly recommend. There was more than enough food, with lots of variety, and it was delicious. The beach sand was fine, and during the day there was food, juice, beer, and wine available. The resort has plenty of places to unwind: acrobat and dance shows, live music in the lobby, a spot to borrow and read books, and a terrace where people gathered in the evening for cocktails. It suited children, young people, and seniors, with activities for different ages and tastes. We even caught October Fest, with barbecues and contests. There was a hair salon that always seemed busy, and an amazing spa with incredible massages and a salt room. The staff were always smiling and attentive to guests' needs. I honestly don't understand what someone could find disappointing here. Don't be fooled by the negative reviews. I wholeheartedly recommend it. For the price, it was pretty good. It's not new, but it was clean. We enjoyed our time at the beach, and the food and service were okay. The staff also helped a lot when our child was ill.
