The apartment had ants crawling around, the food wasn't good, and the shower was old and nothing like the pictures. We were given old couches to sleep on instead of beds. The photos looked completely different from the place in real life. I don't know how they even have 3 stars. It's ridiculous. Go somewhere else and enjoy your vacation, not here. I think the reviews and stars are fake.

We booked two weeks and are only halfway through, already enjoying the stay. We've also booked external tours on the beach and trips. The staff are 99.99% helpful and ready to assist, and the food and drinks are good. Communication in English and other languages can be difficult, but Google Translate makes it possible. The kids' programs are creative. Lena and Özil are doing a great job, as we learned from our three kids. The price is affordable. We love it here.

The place was in really poor condition, and there was a bad smell around the property. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures. Even though it’s meant to be all inclusive, they charge €1 to swap towels. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
