Prive Suite Side & Spa Hotel (Adult Only 16+)

The staff made us feel welcome, always polite, kind, and ready to help. Even the housekeeping team, who spoke little English, did their best with a smile. The modern facilities, spacious rooms with everything needed, lovely pool area, and perfect private beach all made for a great stay. The wellness center is a bonus, especially Koma, who works there. It's a new hotel, so there are a few details to sort out. In our room, 1205 I think, the bathroom door didn't lock properly and some sockets and finishing touches were quirky. I'd also have liked the pool music a little quieter when trying to relax, though that's just my preference. These are easy fixes and didn't spoil our experience. Prive Side Hotel has so much potential to be amazing. We will definitely return, five days just wasn't enough!

Breakfast was delicious, with different options over the three days we stayed. There's a beach transfer, though we walked there ourselves in about 15 minutes. The room was spacious and fresh, with good soundproofing, and the staff were friendly and caring. We left with a pleasant impression.

The spa and wellness area was a highlight for us, from the reception through to the treatments. The therapists are very talented, especially Putu from Bali, whose expertise made for outstanding experiences. Food was another plus: simple dishes, deliciously done, something for everyone, and quality on a European standard. The hotel's warmth was clear from the lobby, thanks especially to Ms. Fidan's welcome and the heartfelt greeting from owner Bahar, who has created a new hotel concept in Side. Minimalism and high quality show in many details. It only opened in July, and for such a young hotel, so much is already running smoothly. With around 70 rooms, it feels pleasantly intimate and suits couples, families, and solo travelers. Guests often form close personal connections. The customer care is a real strength, you feel valued as a person, not just a number. Rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, and housekeeping is clearly taken seriously throughout. As with any new hotel, a few things could improve. The same music plays at the pool every day, so more variety would help. Pool staff could also pay more attention to sunbeds and check whether guests need anything. Otherwise, the staff are extremely friendly and sympathetic. Bahar is a cultivated, attentive host who takes feedback seriously and welcomes suggestions. You can feel the passion she puts into running the hotel. It's a wonderful new concept in Side with a great team, and we would gladly return. A suite with a sea view gives you a beautiful outlook when you wake up each morning. 🌊✨
