Heaven Beach itself is the best. The food is ace, and the staff are lovely and don't hassle you. Thomas has become one of my good friends. Update: I've now stayed in one of the apartments, too. They're fantastic value, clean and comfortable, air conditioned, and fully equipped. I'm going back tomorrow!

We've loved this hotel for years. The rooms are okay, and it's both cheap and good value for the price. The sea is a little mossy, but that doesn't really matter. The staff are friendly and very good, giving us more than we ask for.

The room was filthy when we arrived late at night, and we had to clean it ourselves. There was dust and dirt on the toilet lid, cobwebs all over the bedroom corners, and several spiders crawling around. It was really creepy. The receptionist barely spoke English, ignored us a lot, and chatted with a colleague while we couldn't understand what they were saying.

Our large two-room apartment was perfect for cooking our own meals, and the two balconies let us pick sun or shade. The beach just below the hotel was lovely, with sun loungers. The apartment was clean and nice, with fresh sheets and towels, and the staff were wonderful. I'll be back.
