I've chosen this hotel for my vacation four times now, and I keep feeling that I made the right choice. It has become a second home to me, somewhere I feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Each visit feels like coming back to old friends. The owner's generosity and hospitality stand out. He greets guests with a real smile, asks how they're doing, and is ready to listen and help when something comes up. His kindness and attentiveness are a big part of the atmosphere I love here. I also appreciate the comfortable rooms, thoughtful service that doesn't intrude, and the hotel's 16+ concept, which means a break without children's cries. There's a private beach, and the sandy beach is the best. The location is handy too, with a bazaar, pharmacies, and Migros nearby. The one thing I appreciated was the wonderful housekeeping team. They were always smiling and polite. The rest of this stay was the worst hotel experience I've had, despite travelling very often in many countries. I've been to Turkey three times, and this place was the worst of them. I wouldn't return or recommend it when there are so many better options. The hotel feels very old and is crumbling, with updates needed urgently. Pool umbrellas were broken and full of holes, and the beach shelter roofs had holes too. The beach was only okay, with the same snacks and missing cocktails. At the bars, about half the cocktails were "out of stock" all week. There was no fresh fruit or fresh juice, basic things I'd expect at an all-inclusive hotel in Turkey. The food was the same every day, and the à la carte restaurants were basically the beach snack bar presented as something different. Staff were rude, had little English, and often didn't know what was happening. Entertainment times and events kept changing, or there often weren't events at all. The three people doing "entertainment" seemed unwilling to smile, interact, or do much beyond standing around. Dart matches and balloon volleyball hardly made this feel like a party hotel. The videos showing events and gogo dancers in costumes didn't match our seven days there, when we saw none of that.

Please do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else, especially if you're English. This felt like a 2-star hotel at best, nowhere near what was advertised. The staff were rude and unhelpful, food was basic, and drinks tasted like water. They seemed to have no interest in guests unless they were Russian or German. Our first night was enough. The room was 24° and we asked for help with the air con, but were told, "it's winter, you don't need it." We had to leave the balcony open, so we listened to loud music and drunk people shouting all night. We'd booked a swim-up room, but it smelled damp as soon as we entered. After a shower, the drain failed and flooded the whole room. We told reception straight away. They said they'd send someone; we waited an hour, then went for a walk, expecting it to be fixed when we returned. Five hours later it was still flooded, with our bed and luggage soaked. Looking closer, we found black mold across the walls and behind the bed. Staff didn't care. We eventually moved ourselves out and found other accommodation, but the hotel refused to take responsibility or refund the unused nights.

There's always something going on here, with pool and beach parties, a lively atmosphere, and a spotless hotel. The lobby bar became our favourite place to hang out. Murat and Barış on the team were so friendly and made us feel at home. Service was great too. Check out their instagram.
