Mehmet and Tugba were great hosts, and we had a lovely stay at Hellen hotel. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was a good portion, and the location was fantastic. You can drive up to the hotel to drop off your bags, but parking is outside the antique site. The guards are friendly and will point you toward the large free parking area. It’s an easy 6-10mins walk back, or you can take the paid tram part of the way in. Recommended!

The room was very clean, and the people running the place were lovely and helpful. It’s very close to the beach, too. The one issue was noise from the street, especially the shop owners below. If quiet matters to you, ask for a better room.

For a family-run Turkish atmosphere in the old city, I’d happily recommend this local hotel. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and the Turkish food is good and affordable.

We really liked the art designs throughout reception. The owners were friendly and helpful, and clearly creative artists.
