Tui Magic Life Jacaranda - All Inclusive

The rooms were fine, but I had a miserable stay, with a different problem every day. There was nowhere to smoke even on sunny days, and we couldn't reserve a table for a larger group. Rules seemed to change overnight: something allowed one day could be forbidden the next, causing trouble. Security came to tell me smoking somewhere was forbidden, although the day before I'd been told it was my only option. The food was terrible and the same every day. If you're hoping for a happy holiday, this isn't the place.

There were plenty of things to do, from fitness and other activities to the evening programme, with options for everyone. The hotel also wasn't crowded during our stay, which was just right. The entertainment team had great energy and made me feel special. A special shoutout to Hichem, Tina, Summer, Emily, Julian and Mustafa. I'd definitely recommend the hotel and stay again.

The grounds and pools were amazing, and the entertainment team worked incredibly hard. There was something for everyone. Mustapha was a very professional archery teacher. The beach bar was our favorite, relaxed and with great food, cocktails and ice cream. The other restaurants didn't impress us because the food was cold. The steak was nice, but it cost extra; for us, the fancy extras or lack of sides, like chips and onion rings, didn't make it worthwhile. The main restaurant gets very busy, so go a little later to avoid queues. There were only two other British families there, which was the only downside, but it didn't bother us. A fantastic holiday overall, and I'd recommend it.

A clean, attractive hotel with lots of activities, and the ocean close by. It felt well organized and family friendly, and also worked well for me as someone traveling alone.
