Jacaranda Luxury Hotel

After a long journey, we found out that the swim-up room we’d paid extra for had been given to someone else. We were sent to a much cheaper hotel next door with a lower standard. The following day we had to be very firm to get the room we’d actually paid for. This seems to happen to everyone who pays more for a swim-up room. We met guests who weren’t as persistent and spent their whole stay in the cheapest room despite paying for pool access. They then promised a paid beach cabana with a bed as compensation after the scene in the lobby, but on the day we’d reserved it, that too had been sold to someone else. This hotel is one big scam. I’ve never stayed anywhere worse. Avoid it, or they’ll steal from you.

The archery session with Harum was a highlight for me and my son. He was a fantastic teacher and made it a lot of fun. We also loved the Turkish food, full of authentic flavor and expertly prepared. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, and the hotel was quiet and not too busy, which made it easy to unwind. We had a wonderful stay and the service was great. I can’t recommend it enough.

We kept busy with volleyball, archery, darts, bocce, fitness, tennis, and more. The entertainment program had plenty of variety, and the staff and animation team were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Harun, Berk, Ramazan, Hasan, Kevsar, and DJ Abdullah! The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, the interiors were stylish, and everything was very clean. Food was excellent, with lots of places to eat: a chic main restaurant, snack bars by the beach and pool, and a rooftop with lovely views. Evenings had live music and theme parties. The sandy beach, easy sea entry, and water slides were big highlights too.

The people made this such a fun stay. Hasan, the volleyball animator, is one of the funniest guys you’ll meet, so keep an eye out for him. Harun is lovely and such a vibe for archery lessons, and he’ll turn you into a master in just a few days. Serkan was one of my favorite bartenders and will sort you out. Big thanks to Vesile for the dancing and entertainment, she has a great relationship with children. The food and drinks were class, and the beach was very clean, with absolutely marvelous water. The hotel is huge and packed with activities. I’m sporty, and the fitness center was extremely well equipped, so gym fans will definitely enjoy it. A really great experience, I’d recommend it.
