There are three pool areas as well as the sea, and our room was nice. Everyone was very polite. My daughter fell in love with the sweet animation team at Melas resort, a place in Eden. Elif and Nadia were two names my children wouldn't stop talking about, and they loved spending time at the mini club. We'd be happy to come back.

The rooms were clean, and when the safe batteries ran out, someone came to help right away and was very friendly. Service in general was really good. I also had a lot of fun exercising with Aziza und Elif. The sessions were great and there was good variety.

The pool area was surprisingly relaxed, with no rush to claim sunbeds, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied each day. There are five restaurants on site, and we tried three. Two were for children aged nine and up, so we couldn't visit those with our daughter, who is eight. Our room was spotless, quiet, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly in the summer heat. The staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived, always attentive and ready to help. They made us feel welcome the whole time. Our daughter's big highlight every evening was the mini disco, and we enjoyed it too. Many thanks to Nadia, Damla, Seyma, and Sedef, who treated her like a little princess and made the holiday magical. Alexa wanted to pack them in our suitcase and take them home! 😂 The kids club was modern and clean, with crafts, games, and outdoor play. It kept the children safe and entertained and gave us grown-ups a chance to relax. Today is our last day at Melas Resort Side, and I wanted to write this before we leave. We'd come back in a blink. It's one of the best family holidays we've had. Thank you, Melas Resort, for making it special.

The location is nice, close to both the beach and the city, and the staff are super friendly. All inclusive is worth it if you enjoy meat, though vegetarians may find it less worthwhile. Drinks are okay. The entertainment seems aimed more at people over 50.

The hotel is very clean, and the themed dinners are great. Staff are friendly, and the beach is well maintained with no large rocks. It's a good fit for older children, around age three and up. There are a lot of stairs, so it suits people without mobility limitations. Getting to the beach involves a long detour because there isn't a barrier-free entrance. Staff could also learn at least basic English.
