From Jonas & Laima, 11/05-25/05, room 805. We want to thank everyone at Melisa Garden Hotel in the Side area of Antalya. The administration team were all amazing, helpful, and professional, though we can't remember their names. We also appreciated the bartenders and waiters Yaf, Ahmet, Mustafa, Emis, Hoseyin, Berk, and Kasim. They looked after us warmly at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, often checking that everything was okay and that we were happy. The room cleaners did a very thorough job, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The bar worked perfectly, too. In the courtyard, there are excellent professional masseuses, with a pleasant atmosphere and subtle, friendly service. There's also a long-term makeup and tattoo artist who works responsibly and beautifully. The one drawback was the Wi-Fi, which worked poorly or not at all.

The food was delicious and the portions were huge. We also liked the drinks deals and the entertainment each evening. The hotel arranged our Turkish bath and massage bookings, trips, and transport. Dervis, the tour guide, was especially helpful when we were picking activities. We just got back from a wonderful week at Grand Melissa Apart in Antalya. The staff were attentive without hovering, remembered our names, and were brilliant with our son. Special thanks to Jaz and Amed, if we got the names right. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Yaz Amhet Mustafa Rojhat are amazing people. They made this the best holiday I've ever had, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was amazing too, and the staff always made sure we got exactly what we ordered. We loved it so much that we've booked to return in September.

Melissa Garden felt like a friendly home away from home. The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. Ahmet, Yaź, and Mustafa were funny, caring, and full of good energy. They made each evening special with trance nights, karaoke, and fun quizzes. It was lovely spending time with them, and they made our holiday unforgettable. Thanks as well to the sweet, kind cleaning lady.

I got home after a week here, already thinking about coming back. This little gem has amazing, welcoming staff, and I still don't know how they manage to remember everyone's names. There was loads of beautiful food, and the rooms were very clean with daily cleaning. Our cleaner even made lovely towel arrangements on the bed using sunglasses and hair clips 😁. I'm definitely booking another stay and can't wait to return.
