Side Bay Hotel

Guests have beach lounges, the food is great, the bar service is good, and the hotel is right on the beach. I don't get the complaints. It's not a 5-star place, but the price isn't for one either. We're very happy with our choice and highly recommend it.

The return ride was supposed to be waiting at 4, but by 4.30 we were told no car was coming and that we'd need to pay €80 for a taxi. We almost missed our flight. On arrival, the website said hotel transfer was included, and reception confirmed several times that someone would be waiting at the airport. Nobody was there. We were told the driver had an issue and to make our own way, so we paid €70 out of pocket and never got reimbursed. That was just the start of a string of terrible experiences. We won't return and hope nobody else has to go through this. It's much more expensive than other places in the area and offers nothing in return. They even used pictures of a pool from another hotel and advertised it as their own. When we spoke with the manager to sort out the transport, it became clear to us that the whole place is a massive scam.

The beach was clean, and so were the sunbeds. The hotel grounds were lovely, the room was clean, and the food was excellent. The cooks were very nice, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling when we arrived. It's a smaller hotel, but has what people need and a welcoming, family atmosphere. We have nothing negative to say. We'll definitely return when we're in Side. Thank you! :) :)

We had a wonderful time at this small hotel, and I'd definitely come back. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom and balcony. Cleaners came daily and made the beds to a high standard. The staff were lovely, welcoming, and helpful. If you like freshly cooked local food, you'll enjoy it here. There was plenty of barbecue-cooked meat and vegetables made outdoors, along with breads, salads, rice, potatoes, and bulgur inside. It was easy to eat well and enjoy it. The location is ideal, right by the beach and all the shops.
