Royal Alhambra Palace – All Inclusive

It was too crowded and noisy this year. The beach umbrellas were packed close together, leaving no space between sunbeds. There was no privacy, and the crowds made it hard even to walk through. Some of the food was cold or not good. Waiters didn’t serve properly because they wanted tips, even though service was already paid for. Our room wasn’t clean either, with lots of hair left on the carpet.

We had a great stay, with amazing, helpful service. This hotel is definitely suited to families with children. By the pool there are amusement park attractions open from 7 pm to 9:30 pm, and I think Sunday had the best show. The waiters were lovely and very helpful. I’d recommend the hotel. The one downside was the lighting in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at this pretty nice hotel. There are lots of pools, a large sandy beach, and a seaside promenade right beside it for walks along the coast. Children also have a small amusement park and other attractions nearby. The food was decent but repetitive, with much the same dishes each day and meat that was often underseasoned or undercooked. Big praise to the waitstaff, who did an excellent job. Room cleaning could be better in both quality and frequency. The short-haired receptionist seemed unhappy much of the time and made inappropriate comments to guests. Watching her struggle with the job was uncomfortable, and I think this needs attention.

The relaxed atmosphere made it easy to feel at home, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever I needed anything. At Palat , the rooms were cozy, clean, and well kept, with comfortable beds and secure lockers. I liked the decorated common areas, which were good for meeting other travelers, along with the fully equipped kitchen and chill-out lounge.
