Vox Maris Resort- Ultra All Inclusive

The staff made this seven-night family stay especially lovely. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and helpful, and the teams at both the main restaurant and the beach restaurant and café looked after us so well. The facilities were modern and clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We'd gladly return next year and highly recommend it.

The hotel is modern, clean, and attractive, but its real character comes from people like Yesim in guest services. She has a calm, attentive way of making people feel noticed, valued, and cared for. Her grace showed in everything, from serving drinks and answering requests to catching small details, always without rushing. Many guests I spoke with mentioned her too, praising her kindness, composure, attention, and genuine warmth. Her presence made my stay personally memorable, and I'm grateful for the dignity and care she brings to her work. As Rudolf Steiner put it, “Where respect lives, human beings become gifts to one another.” That captures how Yesim made me feel.

We had plenty of space and never struggled to find at least two sunbeds, even at busy times. The pool music was at a comfortable volume, and the parties and activities were fun. Bars and dining areas offered good drinks and attentive service, and the staff were consistently friendly and ready to help. I'm a picky eater, but always found food I liked. We felt safe leaving our valuables in a bag by the pool each day, with no theft problems. I saw some negative reviews before going, but those issues didn't match our stay. We loved the hotel and would return without hesitation.

Some of the staff were rude, though the young women at the lobby bar were lovely, as was the beach bus driver. I paid a lot for a swim-up room, but it got no sun in the early afternoon while other rooms did, which didn't feel fair at the same price. The drinks were okay, the spa was lovely, and the food was mediocre. We waited nearly nine hours for a duvet after requesting one through the app we were told to download. As an English guest, I felt unwelcome, which I haven't felt on my other trips to Turkey. At the bar I was told to sit down while staff served German, Dutch, or French guests and left me waiting.
