There isn't parking at the hotel, and the nearby lot is often full. We had to walk about a kilometer. Inside, it was noisy, with dishes being washed and people talking. The room was extremely damp and dirty, and the window faced the stairs. It was impossible to open it without flies getting in and keeping you awake. The shower didn't work properly either. The bed, pillows, and towels looked like they were from the Artuklu period. I've travelled for business and pleasure for years and stayed in hundreds of hotels, but this was the worst. If you can't find another option, sleep in your car. Don't stay here if you want an enjoyable visit.

Old Mardin's main road makes it easy to get everywhere, and the rooms and beds were clean. We found this place on Google as a family, called for information, and travelled all the way from Izmir. It's truly lovely. Thanks to the staff and owner, Mr. Diyar, for their attention and hospitality.

We had a great experience here. The location, cleanliness, and service all make it one of the few hotels in the area that deserves five stars. There is a general parking problem in the area.

A very clean, spacious hotel with a friendly and sincere atmosphere. The air conditioning worked very well. We thank the hotel owner, Mr. Diyar, for looking after us and giving us such attentive, caring service.
