The Turkish bath downstairs was a great find. For £40, the private couples session included a full scrub, a relaxing 60-minute massage and a hot drink, really good value. The hotel itself is in a handy spot, a few minutes from the marina and right beside a bus stop. Our room was clean and roomy, with a decent balcony. The two people at reception were lovely, and booking and checking in at the desk got us a very good price. Breakfast was okay, and the place didn’t feel grotty or worn out. The lift was a bit slow and there was no kettle, but I’d definitely recommend it.

As a solo traveller, I felt really safe here. Reception was staffed around the clock, and everyone was friendly. The Turkish breakfast was good, and the air conditioning and WiFi were included.

The price was really good, and the location is right in the centre. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and Filiz Hanım treated me with respect. I was happy with my stay.

I was given my room when I arrived at eight in the morning, which was a lovely start. The staff welcomed me warmly, and the room was comfortable and well kept. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, the food and how helpful everyone was, particularly PHILLIS. Chihan Turk is well placed for getting to everything I needed. I had a delightful, relaxing stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

The breakfast never changed during the four nights, and there wasn’t much variety. The air conditioning also didn’t work properly, while the rooms felt old and uncomfortable. Room service was the worst part. Nobody cleaned our room for four days. When we finally asked, they took the bedding and towels off and put the same ones back, and the cleaners were very unpleasant. It was a frustrating stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel. I hope management addresses these problems.
