The all-inclusive buffet was fresh and had a good range of food, and the entertainment staff did a good job making us feel included and welcome. There are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price, I think the holiday is well worth it. I didn’t expect the Ritz, and we had a great time at club alize. The rooms were a letdown. They’re very dated, and our room 1102 was beside a busy walkway, so we could hear guests and staff passing right by the bedroom window. We got used to it after a couple of days. The room cleanliness wasn’t great either, though the beds were made daily and towels were changed most days.

I stayed with my family for seven days from 21st April 2026. The jewellery shop was a massive hit, and there’s enough entertainment for adults and children. Food was a bit hit and miss, though there was lots to choose from. All the staff are amazing, and we’ll definitely book again.

We’re into our second week and absolutely love it here. The hotel is immaculate, with staff constantly cleaning around the pool, and rooms are cleaned daily. There’s always plenty of good food to choose from, and a proper Sunday lunch on Sundays was a real bonus. The entertainment team are absolutely fantastic. It’s our first time in Turkey, but it definitely won’t be our last.

We paid £1860 for seven days all-inclusive, then had to spend another £1000 on food and beds, which we hadn’t budgeted for. We’d normally tip staff on the last day, but we didn’t feel they’d made us welcome or cleaned properly. I wouldn’t give this hotel even one star, let alone call it a 3-star. At breakfast on the first day, it was clear the food wouldn’t be up to scratch. We stuck to toast and bread, and although we tried some dishes over the week, they were cold, greasy, or unappealing, so we ate out every day. One morning two staff argued in the dining room, which was awkward. After eating half a kebab one day, my wife was sick all evening. We were met on arrival by guests shouting, swearing, and screaming outside. There was no apology or acknowledgment. We wanted a safe, but were told it cost an extra £10 and was kept behind reception, so we’d have had to ask for pocket money every day. We declined. There were extra charges for an iron, a second key card even though two of us were in the room, fans, WiFi boxes, slush, ice cream outside its set hours, changing rooms for £20, and late checkout at 6pm for £40. The hotel WiFi itself was quite good. The sunbed scramble meant getting up at 5am to claim one. If you weren’t sitting on it by 10am, staff collected towels and removed you. They also removed you if a bed was unattended for over two hours. Then the pool attendant collected sunbeds at 3pm, though the pool stayed open until 6pm, putting everyone under pressure to get up and move. The hedge areas around the pool were full of rubbish, including water bottles, toys, bits of plastic, and cigarette butts. There were lots of children even in September, and the splashing, jumping, pushing, and running made the pool nearly unusable. We don’t mind children, but nobody seemed to make space for other guests. The jacuzzi was clearly marked for over-14s, but children were in it, so we couldn’t get away from them there either. The entertainment staff spoke to us only once and walked past without asking if we wanted to join in. Our dated room wasn’t properly cleaned. I left toothpaste under a pot and sink to check, and found it still there. There was also a bottle top from a previous guest on the balcony. They only straightened the towels, made the bed, and emptied the bins. We explained our concerns to the jet 2 rep and asked to change hotels. He replied, “well what do you want me to do about it,” which felt rude. He said moving would cost £50 in admin fees plus the upgrade and transfer, and would take 24-48hrs. We stayed because we didn’t think we should pay for something beyond our control. To apologize, he brought us wine and a fruit platter, even though he knew my wife couldn’t drink due to a medical condition. We also found out that a safe, iron, extra key card, fans, WiFi boxes, slush, ice cream outside the designated hours, a room change, and late checkout all came with extra charges.

We had an amazing week at club Alize and enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked for next year. The food was good, our room was cleaned daily, and the pool was cleaned every day too. The entertainment team were absolutely fantastic, with Jay, bob, speedy, and ugie standing out.
