The restaurant crew deserve a big thank you, and so do the animators. Busra, Ayse, Cemil and Ferhat were especially lovely. The waiters picked up on what we needed and remembered how to help the next day, which made a real difference. There was a huge choice of food every day, and the staff were always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They made the whole holiday fantastic.

The service was wonderful, but I wouldn't return. The hotel is too far from amenities and the beach, and TUI certainly don't make that clear. The club music was constantly loud. We asked for it to be turned down and they did, but an hour later it was back up again. I had so many headaches, and other guests complained about the music too. It seems management doesn't care.

The entertainment team were outstanding, friendly all day and keen to include everyone in the activities around the pool. There's plenty to join in with, especially water polo, if you've got some energetic guests with you. The music wasn't too loud, and there's a second pool for relaxing, with a bar and a paid restaurant nearby. I also liked that security now moves towels left on sunbeds before people actually use them to lost and found, so beds are easier to get. I've encountered the old situation on a previous stay. For families wanting an active, cheap holiday, this is a strong choice, and I'll keep visiting each year. When we arrived during a busy period, staff quickly sorted our wristbands and room card. Rooms are okay but can be small, so booking ahead may get you a better room for less. The food suits people with varied tastes, though picky eaters may find the choice limited. A few things to bear in mind: rooms aren't suitable for more than two people. The extra bed was shabby and rock hard, and took up a lot of space. There's only one keycard per room, which makes larger family stays difficult. Housekeeping also didn't replace the toilet roll when it ran out, and I eventually took one from the cart myself. The location is outside a market and restaurant, and about a mile from the long beach, but farther from the city centre, bar street and bigger restaurants.

We had a week all inclusive in June and found the staff and entertainment team really friendly. The hotel works well for couples or families, and it's about a mile from the beach, close enough while still outside the centre. Meals were what you'd expect, though the dining room got busy at times. The included local beer, spirits and selected cocktails were good, but they changed the cocktails midweek, which was frustrating. I'd recommend it for a mid-priced holiday.
