It wasn’t clean.

The apartment building was neglected, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool was unusable, with green water still sitting in it, and the pool area wasn’t secured. The staircase was neglected too, and the building hadn’t been cleaned.

Mr. Bulent, the apartment owner, was attentive and friendly, and the tours he arranged were fantastic. The apartment was clean, practical, and easy to get to. You can choose this place with confidence. We’ll be back next year. Best regards...

The garden-facing ground floor has a really peaceful atmosphere, and staying there feels like being in your own home. Bülent abi was warm and friendly. He gave us the key and showed us to our room so we’d feel at home. Thank you very much, Pine Maris Apart. I’ll stay here every year from now on.

It’s a quiet, peaceful place with a family atmosphere. The rooms are renovated, tastefully decorated, and comfortable, and the pool is lovely. Bülent, the owner, is warm, friendly, and sociable. His helpful advice adds to the fun and enjoyment of a holiday.
