This is in an extremely noisy spot. We found one cockroach near the pool and another in the cupboard in our room, so we left straight away. I’d never sleep in a place like that. It definitely gave us the impression of poor hygiene.

The rooms were very clean, and the pool was stunning. Great location, with a supermarket nearby. The gentleman who owns it was lovely. It had just reopened.

The photos online are misleading and wrong, so don’t go by them. The pool was empty and dirty, the rooms were old and dirty, and the staff didn’t welcome us. During Covid, the staff weren’t wearing masks. The restaurant downstairs was no longer operating either.

I go to marmaris every year, and I’ve never stayed in or even seen a worse place. I’d never go back to this filthy, disgusting hotel. I thought the bad reviews I’d read before booking were a bit picky, but after arriving I wished I’d believed them. It ought to be closed. It’s not fit for humans. Enter at your own risk.

We’ve booked for August and I’m hoping someone who stayed here in 2019 can tell me what it’s like now. Some of the reviews have me worried, and I want to know if we made the right choice or should book somewhere else. We go to Marmaris every year and try a different hotel each time.
