Supreme Beach Icmeler Hotel

I was very happy with my stay at Supreme Beach Hotel Içmeler. The rooms were clean and serviced daily, and the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and able to speak English, which made things convenient. The food was tasty, though a little repetitive. The location is close to everything, and the private beach is only two minutes away. Wi-Fi could be stronger, and there was no iron. I used a nearby laundry instead, paid 450 lira for 7 items, and was very satisfied.

The surrounding nature is truly beautiful, and the hotel itself isn’t bad, but we left with a negative impression after travelling from far away for a vacation with my mother. We won’t return. In my opinion, it doesn’t deserve four stars. The owner’s effort to cut food costs was a huge mistake. It felt more like a bed and breakfast than a full-board hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, and genuinely tried to make the stay pleasant. Our room was cozy and clean, and housekeeping came almost every day, which I appreciated. The food, though, was a major disappointment. There was very little variety, with chicken breast every day. I don’t think I’ll be able to eat it again for years. Apart from stewed vegetables, there was basically nothing else. Leftover vegetables from lunch were often served again as a casserole in the evening. The menu was poor, and the food didn’t taste good. Rice and potatoes were often undercooked, and there were few fruits. Some weren’t fresh either. I saw an orange covered in mold that had clearly been left out for days. Bottled water wasn’t provided. You could get a glass only by specifically asking, so I had to buy water separately from a store. I’ve never had to do that at a hotel before.

There were plenty of sunbeds by the pool, with even more on the beach frontage, so we had no trouble finding one. The food was very good, with lots of choice to suit different nationalities. The rooms were spacious and modern, the service excellent, and the staff made my holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, and I can’t thank them enough. It’s perfectly located near the beach and amenities. A hidden gem in Ichmeler, and I will definitely return.

We’ve never gone back to the same hotel before, but we’re already planning to return to Supreme Beach Hotel as soon as we can. The area is stunning, with beautiful views and inviting seas, plenty to explore and do, and friendly, welcoming locals. We had lots of laughs with them. It’s a lovely place for a sunny adventure and left us feeling refreshed. The other guests, many of them British tourists, were friendly and easy-going, and the staff helped create a positive atmosphere. We booked this last-minute getaway recently. At check-in, Tuberk welcomed us with a big smile. The room was great, though the air conditioning could have been stronger. The amenities and relaxed atmosphere were fantastic. There was an impressive range of fresh, delicious food, and we may have overdone the sweets and desserts. Mahmut, the barman extraordinaire, was always ready with another drink. Ferhat, Mustafa, and Selim were especially friendly and went out of their way to help. Ferhat was always there with a big smile whenever we needed anything. My one suggestion would be to separate smoking and non-smoking areas, particularly outside where people eat. We avoided discomfort by moving away from the smokers. Thanks, Supreme Beach staff, for a truly memorable stay. We can’t wait to see everyone again.
