The rooms are lovely, though a few small tweaks would make them even better. We also ate really well, the food had that homemade taste. What stood out was how warm and dependable the place felt, almost like being welcomed into a family. Staff paid close attention and either sorted out the problems we mentioned or explained what had caused them. We had such a good holiday here. Thanks to the management and team.

Gökhan, the owner, made us feel at home and was incredibly attentive. We came to Eren Hotel just for a summer holiday and left feeling we'd made a friend. The food was wonderful, and our room was roomy and spotless. The staff were attentive too. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone thinking of a trip. Thanks for everything, Gökhan.

The rooms felt like modern tents. There was nowhere in the bathroom to set personal hygiene things, and the sheets reminded me of hospital bedding. Also, the room hadn't been cleaned when I arrived. Maybe I expected too much after reading the reviews. The staff were great, and breakfast and dinner tasted good, so thanks for all the hard work. That's how it should be, really. We were very happy with our first visit, me, my siblings, and the nephews. I'd been doubtful after reading the reviews, but they turned out to be right. The place was clean, well located, and the food and everything else were excellent. What I liked most was how much the team cared about their work. Gökhan, Bahrican, Onur, and Alya were warm and smiling the whole time. We want to come back.
