Club Marvy

The food is top notch, fresh and delicious, and I got to try some Turkish dishes. The cocktails and other drinks were fantastic too. Hasip at the pool bar always brought them over with a smile and gave exceptional service. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. I was always looked after, and I’ll definitely be back.

We arrived in the early hours and had to wait only a few hours for our room. Check-in is usually at 2pm, not 11am, so that seemed reasonable. Rahsan at the Patisserie deserves a special mention. She’s kind, speaks German, and was great at serving ice cream to the kids and fine pastries to their parents. Our child loved her. There’s plenty of choice for spending the day: the family beach, the adults-only beach, one of two pools, or the huge water slide park with 12 slides. The restaurants and all the bars were great, and the rooms and grounds looked clean and nice. We spent 10 days at Club Marvy, one of our best trips in a long time. We’ll be back.

The clear sea was lovely for swimming, and we could see fish in the water. We also really enjoyed the yoga, thanks to the instructors, and found the spa very relaxing. Ephesus is easy to reach for a day trip, and there’s plenty to do for both children and adults. We liked the resort’s design, especially the two pools, rooftop water feature, and all the trees. The food had lots of variety and felt authentic, and the staff must put in a lot of work to make so much good food every day. The baby corner was useful for preparing food for our baby. I’d like the hotel to explain more clearly how it reduces food waste. A drink on arrival would improve the welcome, and more no-smoking areas would be welcome too. Everyone I spoke with was friendly. We had a very enjoyable week at Club Marvy.

The nature around Club Marvy is beautiful, the resort feels stylish, and there are lovely sea views. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the tasty dishes in the main restaurant and the helpful, wonderful people. Thanks to Bilge from Marvy Assist for checking in with us about our holiday! The two private beaches, one for adults only, and the pools were excellent. It’s a relaxing place with a good atmosphere, and seems suited to couples or families looking for both quiet time and activities. The entertainment is lively, though it can get noisy at night. Staff are warm and helpful, but service may slow down when it’s busy. Rooms are modern and comfortable, although some could use minor maintenance. Food is fresh and varied, with good a la carte options, but getting a booking can be tricky. I’d rate the resort around 5/5 and would happily return.
