Club Cactus Paradise - All Inclusive

Club Cactus Paradise was a fun, welcoming place for families and adults alike, with a friendly atmosphere, great food, and room to relax without feeling too crowded. The hotel may not be ultra-modern, but its location, atmosphere and service were all top-class. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. We were impressed by the restaurant and bar teams, who were supportive, funny, attentive and professional. The food was varied and delicious, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout. The daytime activities and entertainment were lively and fun every day, thanks to Halil and his talented team. They kept it enjoyable without being pushy, so there was a good balance of fun and relaxation. Muslu welcomed us when we arrived and made check-in smooth and stress-free with his professionalism and support. He set the tone for a great stay. The location is good, right by the beautiful sea. The beach and water are clean, and the food is good. This could be a very nice hotel. But there are no outdoor non-smoking areas, even on the balconies, so the fresh sea air comes mixed with smoke. If you want to feed hungry, aggressive stray dogs and cats around the hotel grounds, you’ll have the chance, but be careful with children. There’s no WiFi in the rooms and the lobby connection is very poor. There’s only one outlet in a room, too. Staff don’t greet you or bother you with a “Good morning!” If you want to avoid smiling people and welcoming staff, and don’t plan on having fun or staying in touch with friends, relatives and colleagues, this place may suit you. Have fun with the Cactus. I won’t be back.

The hotel is very good in most ways, but the food was a letdown. It was always cold, the red meat choices were limited, and everything tasted stale. We had booked all-inclusive, yet ate at local restaurants twice and were reluctant to eat the other meals. There were no whiskey options on the all-inclusive menu either.

The hotel is good and the food is great, and the staff are okay. But there are lots of cats that attack children and adults, causing deep injuries and various diseases. They just photograph the wounds and don’t do anything else. The response on this issue was very bad, and I don’t think aggressive cats should be all around children.
