The rooms are comfortable to sleep in, even the smallest one feels roomy and well laid out. The hotel is new, clean, quiet, and airy, with plenty of parking. Breakfast and spa services were both satisfactory. There were several maintenance and safety problems, though. Wi-Fi was poor, shower pressure was low in both the room and spa, the bathroom hot water took a while to heat, and water from the shower stall leaked onto the bathroom floor. The refrigerator cupboard had poor ventilation, so opening it sent hot air from the fridge radiator into my face, which could cause a fire. In the spa, the control cabinet doors beside the steam room were nearly falling off, and the switch operating the steam room had an electrical leak that could cost someone their life. That needs urgent attention. The steam system ran out of water on my second day and didn't produce enough steam. The electrical panels for the steam room and saunas should be checked, and their cabinets locked. In general, the sauna and steam rooms seemed neglected. Getting from the rooms to the spa meant going through the lobby in a bathrobe because there was no direct elevator, which was uncomfortable. At checkout I was also charged for two small bottles of drinking water, even though the bottles in the room had an “our treat” label. With clearer pricing in future, I could stay here again.

We left feeling stressed, angry, and cheated after driving about an hour to relax. On our first visit the service was great, so we came back, but this time it wasn't even okay. Our couples' massage wasn't arranged properly, and my partner waited 10 minutes for a towel in the changing room. Then we waited for the massage room to be cleaned, even though it should have been ready 25 minutes earlier. We only received 20-minute massages, although they were meant to last around 45-50 minutes. When we explained what had happened on the way out, we refused to pay the full amount because we hadn't received the full service. I told them we had made the drive because we liked the service the first time. The salesman tried, and I understand his effort, but management handled the situation awfully and only offered a 20% discount. They didn't even offer a replacement appointment.

Not worth the money. We went with other couples and found the layout confusing, with facilities spread across different floors and no sensible arrangement. Women were in the basement, men on the first floor, and the saunas were separated. There weren't enough staff to help us find our way, and you couldn't choose whether to have a male or female masseur. The cafe had very few options and the food wasn't good. Both jacuzzis were hot, which seemed odd since one should be cooler to give you a choice. We all asked for the same massage, but each of us got different treatment details.

The surroundings aren't much to look at, but the hotel itself is new and really nice. Yaren was especially great, and so were the rest of the staff, including the spa team and masseuses.
