Mukadder at reception and İsmail at the lobby cafe really stood out, thanks to them. It’s a safe, classic place in a great location, with renovated rooms, parking, and comfortable beds. I’d come back and recommend it.

The view from the hotel is fantastic, and the room was in good shape. The desk team were kind and very helpful. It was a pleasure to chat with the Owner and the Manager. Definitely worth visiting and trying the hotel.

Nice view and a good place. We stayed there twice in September, and everything was good.

The staff and manager treated us in a really humiliating way. They took the car keys for the parking area in front of the hotel, which was on the sidewalk, and mocked us when we didn’t hand them over. The stay was expensive, and we had to pay for everything we needed, even basic services you’d expect at a four-star hotel. Breakfast was very limited, more like a three-star place.

Everything in the room worked, and it was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Laundry service was available too. The front desk and housekeeping did excellent work, and the manager and security staff were very polite. This was my third stay here.
