The central location is the one advantage. The hotel needs renovation, and with so few staff, hygiene seems to get neglected. Our room was dusty, the linens didn’t seem to be checked carefully, and neither the food plates nor the drink glasses were clean. We couldn’t even have breakfast. What little was offered was nearly nonexistent: store-bought cheese and olives, and don’t expect more than boiled eggs. I’m not exaggerating. After staying in many hotels, this was disappointing. If the team were more attentive and caring, it would help the business. Customer service and friendliness matter more. Mistakes happen, but feedback should be taken into account and improvements made. If you’re not too concerned about cleanliness, you might prefer this hotel.

Breakfast was average, but the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. My wife and I stayed for two nights, and they treated us with real kindness and care. Thank you for the hospitality.

It’s in a nice location, with spacious rooms and new equipment. The hotel is very hygienic, and the staff are friendly and lovely.

We went in winter, and the room’s water was lukewarm instead of hot. The radiator barely heated itself, and there were blankets instead of sheets. Staff guaranteed the sheets were washed every day, if you believe them. We asked for the Wi-Fi password and got it hours later. I think the receptionist was high.
