I thought the price was very fair, and my room was good quality. I don’t remember it having air conditioning, but I wasn’t too warm. The staff even offered to bring my bicycle inside. It’s a very beautiful hotel.

I loved the atmosphere, the privacy, and the business-hotel feel. Had good moments there for New Year 2019.

My room was clean and spacious, and I didn’t notice any cigarette or nicotine smell, despite what some other reviews said. The staff were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and I had no discomfort in the room. The price was reasonable for the value, and my stay at the Grand Surmely Hotel was pleasant and peaceful. I’d definitely recommend it.
