I stayed for one night. The room was fairly clean, but the single bed mattress is in terrible condition and seems very old. Its edge was crumbling and needs replacing immediately. The toilet flush was malfunctioning, but the maintenance staff fixed it straight away. There’s very little choice at the breakfast buffet, and you can’t even toast bread because there’s no toaster. The crew did an excellent job serving most of the guests, but the facilities badly need a major facelift.

There’s free valet parking, free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk, and a restaurant on site. The hotel is in modern Nilüfer, close to Uludağ University, rather than Bursa’s historic center. That works well if you’re visiting that area, but getting to places like the Grand Mosque takes a 15-20 minute drive or public transport.

The food was mostly to our taste. I especially liked the yogurt based salad and egg plant dishes. I’d suggest putting names on the dishes so foreigners like me know what they are. We stayed one night, arranged through our tour agency, and found the place surprisingly clean and comfortable.

A great hotel with really friendly staff.

The reception gave us good directions for getting to the mountains, which are a little far away. The rooms were clean and neat, and it’s a very nice hotel. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Bursa.
