Justiniano Club Alanya – All Inclusive

The animation team kept us entertained and lifted our spirits. They’re active, really friendly, and great fun. Thanks to the whole team, especially animator Yaşar.

The kids liked the pools and burgers, but we still have four days left and I’m already calling this a waste of money. After 4 pm, drinks cost extra, and most bars are shut. Wi-Fi isn’t free, and the connection in the lobby is poor. We were put in the Jasmin building, which was dirty and far from everything. When we arrived, they gave us a different bracelet from the R. At the bars, staff could see it and we didn’t feel welcome. At one bar I was told I couldn’t get a drink. I don’t speak Russian, and I didn’t keep arguing because I don’t speak their language. If you don’t speak Russian, be ready for a bad time. This is not a four-star hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t trust the five-star photos or comments.

The beach and sea are beautiful, and the food is tasty with a good range of choices. Those are the only things keeping us here. Otherwise, this is the worst hotel we’ve stayed in, and we’ve travelled a lot. The hotel description says it’s right on the beach, but the walk takes about ten minutes, and the way back is uphill. We’re not actually staying in the hotel building. Guests are put in small houses with a few rooms each, so you have to walk to reception, the restaurant, and pretty much everywhere. The bed is old and saggy and squeaks terribly. We wake up feeling worn out. The minibar was supposed to be stocked when we arrived, but it’s still empty on Monday, after several requests at reception. We got here Friday. Wi-Fi only works in the lobby unless you pay extra for it in your room. We booked ultra all-inclusive, but that feels unnecessary when it seems everyone can use everything anyway. Each room gets one key card, so the power switches off when you leave, including the fridge and air conditioning. We had to pay a deposit for an extra card. We’re trying to enjoy the holiday, but the hotel makes that difficult. It’s definitely not worth the money.

Things kept breaking in our room every day, including the air conditioning, lights, and plumbing. The hygiene was awful, with dirty dishes, sticky tables, and bad smells in the room. Staff were rude, dismissive, and no help at all, especially with the children. Our requests were ignored, and it felt like we were a burden instead of guests. The holiday turned into a nightmare. We left in tears and felt humiliated. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this, especially to families. Dear Justiniano Club Alanya management, Thank you for responding, but I strongly disagree with the way you described what happened. 1. Nobody in our group received champagne or a fruit basket. That claim is false and easy to disprove. 2. After the incident, our room was never cleaned again, even though we asked several times. 3. My friend’s wristband was torn off her arm violently and humiliatingly, in public and in front of several guests. This happened after I had signed the so-called “no complaints” form. I was pressured to sign it without fully understanding what it meant. 4. The physical contact with my friend was completely unacceptable. It may lead to an investigation by Turkish authorities, including a formal request for camera footage. We were told that the footage “does not exist.” 5. Afterward, your manager Elena was heard telling staff and guests that we were “begging for wristbands.” That’s a lie and completely unprofessional. 6. The next day, the Deluxe manager offered us upgraded wristbands himself, after we went to the Deluxe building to ask about buying them. We offered to pay three separate times, to him and later to your staff, but they refused each time. Trying to discredit our complaint by twisting events and making personal attacks only shows how badly this was handled. We’re in contact with tourism authorities, and we’ll also inform the Canadian consulate because one of the children affected is a Canadian citizen. Please look carefully at your version of events, especially if Turkish police or consular officials ask to see surveillance footage or signed documents.
