The pool area was beautiful, with the mountains all around it, and the service was great. We had ten lovely nights at The Majestic from late September into early October, and I'd come back. Though it's rated 3 star, I think the hotel deserves at least that; my brother stayed at a similar resort hotel listed as 4 star, and the main difference I noticed was that his was all inclusive while ours was half board. I think 4 star all-inclusive hotels may include free sunbeds at some beaches, which could save beachgoers a lot, since a sunbed at sugar beach on the lagoon is around 1000tl. We chose half board because it cost only about a tenner more per person per night. That gave us the option to eat in and save £50/60 on a meal out. We ate there about four times, but liked trying the different places on the strip and beyond. Breakfast was typically Turkish, sometimes including pasta, new potatoes, or broccoli, which felt a bit odd to us Brits. English breakfasts were available for an extra cost, I imagine wherever you stay. The evening buffet had a fair amount of choice, though it could be hit and miss. The hotel has good facilities. I think earlier in the season they have BBQs and entertainment, but during our stay it was just football in the bar, which got a bit tedious.

The two pools were nice, there were plenty of sunbeds, and the beach was a short walk away. It was my first time in Turkey, and I really enjoyed staying at majestic. The room did have a few problems with the shower and bedding, and I had some bad interactions with staff, though other than that the stay was great. The food wasn't the best, and breakfast wasn't anything special. We asked for pancakes, omelettes, or fried eggs each morning instead. The cleaning ladies were great and made towel animals. We also asked the guy to put F1 on at the bar, and he did it right away. We had a great laugh with them.

Two clean pools, tested daily, plenty of sunbeds, and gorgeous mountain views all around. The rooms were spacious and clean, with maid service every day. Everyone on the staff was friendly and courteous, and the food at the Majestic was really good and plentiful. You wouldn't go hungry here. We loved every minute and highly recommend it.

The setting is lovely, with mountains around the hotel and the beach and shops just minutes away. It was our first visit to Turkey, and we're so glad we picked the Majestic Hotel. Our rooms were tidy and very clean. The two pools are small but just right, and there's also a little paddling pool for young children. We were half-board, and both meals had something for everyone. Some of the combinations were unusual now and then, but I enjoy trying things on holiday that I wouldn't normally have. We'd definitely return.

We were very pleased with the Majestic on our family's first trip to Turkey, especially because of its fantastic location. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the maids made lovely towel art each day, including salima. Staff worked constantly to keep the pools, restaurant, and other areas spotless. The free WiFi worked absolutely fine for all of us, with no problems. Bar staff walked around the pool checking if anyone wanted a drink or ice cream, which was really attentive. We paid £25 each for the Turkish night, and it was well worth it: food, belly dancers, a dance group, karaoke, and bar staff dancing on the bar with fire. Breakfast was basic but okay, and included in the price. We'll definitely return next year. The bar next door, the Rose Garden, is owned by Ali. Brilliant 👏
