We’ll be back. The location is hard to beat, with the beach so close, while being about 200m from the main strip keeps things peaceful. The staff, service, atmosphere, food and drinks were all amazing. For the price, nothing else I’ve experienced in Turkey, even the 5 star stays in Antalya, has come close to being my best hotel.

The peaceful, friendly feel made Kumsal Hotel a lovely place to relax, whether as a couple or with family. We were welcomed warmly, and the staff were wonderful, always smiling, kind and helpful, especially around children and babies. It felt like home very quickly. Meals and accommodation were both very attractively priced. The food was a real highlight too, delicious, varied and well served, with local flavors to try. Excellent value. Thanks to Khalil and all the staff. I highly recommend Kumsal Hotel for a stay in Ölüdeniz.

Cetin will definitely look after you here. Breakfast is always great, and tea and coffee are included. I also loved the quiet balcony at night. You can land your paraglider right in front of the hotel, and I’d love to stay again. There was some loud music at night, though I’m not sure if it came from Kumsal or the hotel next door. It didn’t bother me.

The staff and management really make The Kumsal, they’re easy to find and always attentive. The location is great, with no other hotel in front, and the pool was great too. The restaurant does delicious food at affordable prices, and on Thursdays there are cocktail specials (June 2025). We had a fantastic stay.

The location is perfect, but the room and service didn’t live up to it. We were in the basement and had no hot water. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
