Rota Business Hotel Gebze

I was very satisfied with my three-day stay. The service and the way the staff treated customers were great, and the room was clean. It felt like good value for the money. I'd recommend going.

We didn't have any problems or unpleasant smells during our stay, and the hotel is clean and well located. I do wish the bathroom had single-use shampoo and soap. The heating is central, but guests should be able to set the temperature in their own rooms since people don't all handle cold or heat the same way. Double beds would be better too.

Rota Hotel is now my first choice when I come to this area for work. I found it on maps and spoke with Ms. Esra, who introduced herself and the hotel very professionally. She welcomed me at reception with a warm smile when I arrived. The rooms are clean and new, with attractive furnishings and decor, and I really liked having a balcony. You can feel the quality as soon as you enter the lobby. I hope this positive feedback doesn't push the prices up :) It feels worth every penny. Many thanks to Ms. Esra for being so attentive and professional.

The manager was really good to us and even arranged beds for two rooms. If you're reading this, thank you so much. Sevil Hanım may be the best thing that could happen to the hotel, and I can't leave her unmentioned. There was also a foreign young man we ran into at night, whose name I didn't learn, and he was very good too. Unfortunately, the other two receptionists were extremely unfriendly. The hotel was good overall, and they made a real effort to sort out our problems and were constructive about it.
