The hotel grounds were clean, including the green areas, and the staff at reception were helpful and well trained. From the balcony, we had a lovely view of the palm trees, mountains, and nature. Having coffee there in the morning with birdsong and fresh air was a great start to the day. Our room had a small kitchen and a balcony, and the accommodation was very comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the beach is nearby. We stayed for three days and would choose this place again if we return to Sarıgerme. The one issue was that the previous guests' rubbish and a pair of used towels had been left in our room, which is why I took off a star for the room.

Breakfast was a highlight, with lovely choices each morning and really good coffee. Since the season had ended, the hotel was very quiet, which made the stay relaxing.

We ended up leaving without staying the night. I was there with my baby and mother, and getting to the room they assigned us was a real struggle. We had a stroller, the baby, and several bags, but were given one of the farthest rooms. The route went along outdoor paths with stairs, then up to the second floor. I told them it was my baby's nap time, but we still had trouble finding the room they had described. I went back to ask why we hadn't been given a closer room. The receptionist said, “That room is also on the second floor,” even though ours was also on that floor and much harder to reach. She didn't apologize, offer help, or suggest changing rooms. She just stared at us in silence. The service felt extremely poor, and we were treated like a problem instead of guests. It seemed as if they'd picked the most inconvenient room without thinking or caring. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with babies or elderly family members.

The hotel was a great value, and breakfast was tasty and well prepared. The staff were friendly, which added a lot to the stay. In the rooms, everything was very clean, and the ironing facilities and dressing table were useful. It's in the heart of the small village, with easy access to every corner of Sarigarme. My stay exceeded expectations, and I'd recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful time.
